Home reinforcement


1.      Write down in minute detail what you want if not done in the balance. Chunk it down – steps to get you to the big goal.

2.      Every day 'experience' the feeling. Really feel this as a 'gut-blasting, 'feel good' vibration.

3.      Summon your will power and stay in that vibration as long as you can, at least 16 seconds. Two minutes is great, later try for longer, maybe even 1/2 an hour a day.

4.      Ask your 'Higher Power' to give you the seeds and you find ways to plant them. "I just got a hunch", etc - put it into action… follow your guidance.


One receives only that which is given. The game of life is a game of boomerangs.

Our thoughts, deeds and words, return to us sooner or later, with astounding accuracy.
